N326 rtek 2.0 ecu on turbo

I'd say no since it is a N/A ecu,But why not ask the guys that actually make them?

I believe no as well. The turbo manifold pressure sensor and airflow meter are not compatible with the NA ecu, and won't register high enough numbers to properly run a turbocharged engine.
I could be wrong though. Do as styx says and contact them. They will have more information on the product they sell.

i would think you could, you can run the 550/550 injectors.
there are problems though, the AFM will probably max out, and you can use the turbo one, and when you need more than that the 20B one. however this requires some retuning.
the second problem is that since the map is for an NA, it either wont see boost with the stock pressure sensor, or if you use a turbo sensor, it won't be labeled correctly.
humans measure boost in kpa, or psi, or bar, or mm/hg, the ECU just sees voltage.
so there are some issues, but none of them would keep the NA ecu from working with a turbo
