I know there are differences in the pump/bracket between s4 and s5.
But is it possible to use an S5 turbo air pump on an S5 n/a? ...given that you have the right hoses for aux ports

Nope, a TII airpump's outlet is at a 90 degree angle to avoid the intercooler piping. You wouldn't be able to get a hose to fit in there without chopping the end off of the outlet, and even then it would probably sit up too high due to the bracket differences.
