N/A S4 plans-CARB need input
Long story short my freshly rebuilt s4 overheated from a bunk thermostat (**** lordco) and did in my coolant seals and possibly my plates, dam hope my int TII plate is chipped or anything else is warped.
So right now im thinking of doing a carb conversion with 48 dellorto 2 bbl side draft carb and a large streetport. Also would a gsl-se tranny be a direct swap for my s4? I want more zip.
For my exhaust im thinking of a long primary set up with a road race header that collects via a dual inlet (2.25") single outlet (2.5) magnaflow muffler. For my primary tubes should i use 2.25" or 2"?
Lastly she needs new shoes, she is way overdue. With the extra power should i go with 225/50r15's all round or stick with 205/50r15 all round?
im thinking of these tires:
Toyo T1-R 225/50r15
g-force t/a kdw 205/50r15
hankook ventus r-s2 205/50r15
marangoni zeta linea 205/50r15 never heard of them but they seem to be well know in europe heres a link for it: http://www.eurotyreusa.com/zetalinea/zetalinea.shtml
With the extra stickyness im going to put hawk pads all round. Or are there better pads without resolving to a 5lug swap?
thanks for your input

this is by no means going to be a daily driver, neither for autocrossing or drag racing at a competitive level. But i would like to take it for a cruise every weekend or so and do some drag racing for fun.
