n/a rebuild ????

whats the average price range for a rebuild n/a? changing all the seals and stuff? my 88 gtu is scaring me lolz it has milky puss top of filler neck and oil cap..no smoke...no overheating...so maybe its just the heat from the engine thats makes it milky puss looking on the oil cap anyways the gtu has almost 200k so i think its about that time for a rebuild or a refurbish na motor.....im in socal and would liek to keep the motor stock smoggable and beside i dont have the money for a TII jspec swap(got an estimate of 4000.00(labor only).

OK..the Best thing for you to do here,is to get your Engine Compression tested. The milky sludge on the Oil cap,That is Normal..it would be condensation from the Oil,and engine heating and cooling down...I would hate to see you tear down a Perfectly good engine, and spend Money On Rebuilding.you could be Sinkin the Money into some nice wheels, aftermarket suspension..trust me,when the engine Goes..you will Know it...good luck..(check out www.rotaryresurrection.com for a How to on Compression check with a normal tester)
