N/A parts interchangeable with TII?

Here's an interesting question. Now which parts on a N/A S5 motor are interchangeable with a TII motor. Like the alternator for one. The water pump and what else? I'm thinking of piecing together a S5 TII motor and was wondering which parts were either identical or interchangeable.

the water pump housing, if like the S4, needs to have the hose nipple at the lower radiator hose neck. the front cover should be the same, the irons are not interchangable, the rotors obviously are different due to lower compression on a turbo, the rotor housings need to be modified to work in turbo applications and the flywheel is different.

basically half the motor can be used in a build:

rotor housings(modified)
e-shaft
front cover
middle iron(needs to be tapped to accept the middle T2 LIM bolt)
