N/A afm vs TII afm, same?

Are the afm's the same on the s4 N/A and the s4 TII? The plug fits, but does it send the same signal and stuff?

The temperature sensors in the AFMs are the same, but the flapper door sensors are a little different. See the service manual for calibration differences.
