ok guys.
i went and looked at a turbo II today.
its white, not sure on the mileage but thats least important right now.
i've never seen on like it. its got a louver, and what apears to be a factory body kit?
its an s4. the front bumper has the infamous s4 grill but its got like a big *** lip. kinda looks like a markII supra. aftermarket wheels and the paint is pretty bad but not really FUBAR. the fuel pump relay is bad so it doesnt run but he has the relay. it just needs put in.
what im wanting to know is, is it a factory body kit?, some kind of special edition fc?, and what should i offer him for this?

For some reason I doubt thats a real 10th AE. It has more spokes in the rims than the original 10 AE wheels. I don't see why they would ****** up wheels from say an 87 Turbo II, powder coat them white, and replace the wheels that were already on there.

be wary of the fact that he says its just that one thing stopping it from running, make him prove it to you by replacing it - or make him drop the price
edit - whats the asking price - i say offer 3k possibly or in that range maybe less
