my turn for a rebuild...help?

Hello all, I was wondering if there are any members in so cal that are tearing apart an s4 n/a motor, I want to do mine this coming week and wanted to observe someone doing their motor before I get into mine. This will be my first rebuild ever and have acquired Haynes and the FSM and a lot of readings. I have read RR engine removal but has there been any detail writes ups here in the forums, I have searched and can't find any good information/instructions. If any of you guys are going to suggest a video I don’t know if I should go w/ the 13b Bruce T video or if there are better videos. Also can't decide between RA or Atkins kit, I read ICE's rebuild w/ a motor using their seals and now I’m a little vary. Let me know guys!

btw i lost a rear coolant seal pulling wet plugs from the back =/. I could drive the car until it dies but i dont know if thats wise.

thanks,
andy
