Yep you've got modernized tails. Believe it or not, I was able to trade my slightly damaged modernized tails for nearly flawless S5 Tails.
Put up a local advert and see what you can get.

Mate, I have the diffusers if you want to put them back in,you can have them for free if you pay postage from Australia. Personally I would pull them apart and convert them to LEDs, here is a pic of the ones I just finished. You can fix the breaks in those lenses with Epoxy putty, its a little bit of work but I have done it on a number of sets that I have rebuilt for people and you couldn't tell the difference. If you put the diffusers in the indicator section of both lights and polish the lenses with Maguires plastic polish you shouldn't even notice any damage and they will come up looking brand new like these ones. The reason that they don't fit back into place properly is that the guy that did them hasn't used a heat gun to reseat the lenses into the rear plastic frame. Pull them out and get a cheapo heat gun and heat up the black section that looks all ripply at the moment, use a butter knife to smooth it down once heated and it will seat itself properly and allow you to reseat it properly into the car
