Smile My 'new' RX7

I am active military living overseas in Italy. I bought a 1987 RX7 3 weeks ago for 1,200$$ It had new plugs, battery, wires, alternator, and brakes. It ran very strong....until one day it decided not to start.....I had no idea why....imagine taking your 'new' Rotay engine vehicle to an Italian Mechanic that doesn't speak any english and has no clue as to what a rotary engine is....he wanted to charge me 400.00Euro which is about 550.00dollars just to take out the engine and "see what is wrong with the pistons! LOL! Obviously I took the matters into my own hands... After extensive research and finding this website I tried the easy deflooding procedure (which didn't work) and then the "complex" deflooding procedure.....and it started 1st time......and runs like a charm now.....I just wanted to say what up to everyone and a BIG thanks!!!! This website and the information I got from it saved me A LOT of money that I don't have....consider me your newest member....I'll have Pics soon......Z
