My New $150 Toy

I Picked up this car, Its a 88 it has 130K on paid $150 for it (it even has a customized convertible top ), i was wondering if anyone could tell me what if any of the emissions stuff i can remove and still have a "drivable" car and by that i mean somthing i dont have to fight to start, or have it kill on me

Looks to me like its made out of a rare silver tape of some sort, duct tape I think they call it... it is SO JDM

well i should say i paid 800, but i got 2 sets of rims/tires with it, i sold the ugly gaudy ones for 650 (they were too big and rubbed, so i put the stock ones back on), car runs ok, needs a little work (idles really rough in the cold), and there is (really expensive 14$/roll) duct tape on the convertible top
