well I got the LIM on, waterpump housing and alt. put on the intercooler bracket and found ill need to switch to a tII oil fill tube due to fittment the NA one it too tall and doesnt fit.
Things are moving slowly just a few small things need ordering and it can be finished up

also for oil mods I installed a solid thremal pellet in the eshaft along with the fd regulator

ran into the same problem on my filler neck so i cut the na tube kinda at a angle and twisted and welded it back together . so it sets right under the intercooler .and i can still spin the cap off and use a funnel

opted against the driver and am just gonna purchase some 14mm high imp injectors, gonna send out the primaries for cleaning and order adaptors for the LIM. still looking for an exhuast for my car... his is moving well. got the trans on and mocked up his ic and bov piping and a few other things. I rebuilt his omp lines as per the writeup in the FAQ the parts are no longer 20 bux due to inflation it cost me 40 to rebuild them, still cheaper then buying new lines. ill be rebuilding his omp shortly as per the FAQ write up, I also plugged his rack and converted it to manual and tons of other misc. heres some pix

Ive been moving slow and steady my surgery got pushed back a week so i have a little extra time to get more done.
I got this really nice set of custom 14mm 1000cc high imp injectors super nice 65 bux a piece and should run like stock they also come with these awsome connector adaptors to use with my square plugs.. so no shitty resistor or injector driver wiring!!
I also set to work on making a custom braket to use the NA throttle cable with the tII UIM
I got the harness wrapped ran and modified to my liking.. now just have to prime the fuel and coolant system and see how they hold before putting the lim back on...
Still waiting for my custom turbo drain line from atp then i can button the oil system up...
motors in!! my team and i got it down packed to a science we've done it so many time we had it in, in 15mins motor mounts and trans mounts attached
we still need misc clamps and what not but its basiclly done
here some recent pix i snapped

Currently putting the TII rear end in my car this weekend. I could be turbo for about 600 bucks (turbo rebuild, gaskets, TII clutch). Its my daily also... sucks bad lol.

spent all day setting up the turbo drain line finallly got it done.. threw some oil in and i got nothing... called it quits...
tomorrow well start fresh, charge the battery, check timing, and hook up the PDA for the rtek.
I know I have fuel, I could smell it, I know I have spark, I got zapped by it..
On a better note I got my exhaust, so I pulled my old one off my car and got it preped for install on this one

The first time the vehicle cranked last night, it had fuel and spark it didnt want to start.
We left it alone until this morning, we put some fresh gas in it, put a jump box on the battery, I brought the PDA to check the rtek for codes, I pulled the new plugs found them covered in fuel, cleaned them off, and disconnected the cas and egi fuses.
Cleaned the housings out, replaced the plugs, and reconnected everthing.
Go to start it and nothing. Now I notice the tachs not bouncing, I know what that means, I check and no spark, WTF!!
I check all my fuses, they're good, the main fuse block is a little warm for my liking .. checked my connections theyre all good.

As I'm sitting back wondering w/ the key on.. My buddy as standing by the driver strut tower and to me that this thing was making noises...
well,
I came over and found what might be the main relay?(I have a pic) buzzing rapidly. I touched it and it stopped instantly it was hot, 2 seconds later we see SMOKE coming from under the trailing coil, we turn off the key and removed the coil found everything looked normal.
We, turned the key back on and waited a few seconds and the back of the large connector started smoking, we disconnected the battery, and inspected.
I found this large 4 pin connector super hot the wires on the backside of the connector sort of melted but there was no damage in side the connector..
So whats going on?
Did I forget to disconnect something on the NA harness to use it with the turbo accessories? some thing back feeding the wrong way?
Did this relay just fail horribly? for no reason?

Any advice would greatly be appericiated..
Thanks guys,
James

Well got the exhaust all situated had her running today for a while have to work out a couple idle issues... But all is coming along nicely.
Tomorrow I'll hook up the palm and do some fiddling. Need to pull of the top mount and mess with the throttle body and cable
Hope fully I can take it around the lot
