Seems like I dont have a relay like that one on the right side. And no, the motor should not be burnt cause I´ve tried 3 different motors. And when I turn the headlight up too high with the **** it automaticly goes down.

.Seeing as how it's just one side, then it's not going to be Theft Protection/CPU related.

So what you do, is find the elect plug for that headlight assy that does not work. You pull it apart and put a meter on the harness side of the plug. Find a good gnd for the meter. The batt neg should work and is nearby. Look at the Red/Blue wire for voltage when the switch is UP and then look at the Red/Yellow wire for voltage when the switch is down.

And you know the switch is good because the other headlight goes up/down.

Anyway, that should be the first step in finding out what is wrong. Let us know how that worked out. By the way, also check out the black wire for ohms. It's the ground/earth wire. It's probably good but look anyway.

The WHITE/GREEN wire should have power all the time, whether the lights are up/down/sideways.

Thanks for all the help so far!

I tried if i had power and this is the results.

Lights up = voltage on Red/Blue and White/Green.

Lights down = voltage on Red/Yellow and White/Green.

Ground wire was ok.

So this means everything is in order?

I also tried hooking up the motor direct to the battery and when i put power to it the relay just clicks, so im thinking the relay is bad?

Thanks!

I thought you said there were no relays???? Or I guess you meant what you wrote. Only one relay and it's on the left side. Odd configuration.

By the way, do that voltage check again. Only one of the wires OTHER than the White/Green, should have pwr at a given time. So go light on and see if only one of the two wires has pwr and then lights down and only one of the two wires should have pwr. The two wires being Red/Blue and Red/Yellow.

What I meant was that there is only a relay on the left headlight. On the right headlight there is no relay, at least not one that looks the same.

When the lights is up I have power on Red/Blue

When the lights is down I have power on Red/Yellow

The White/Green cable always have power.

Thanks

There's a headlight retraction switch right next to the headlight switch. Try flipping that. Make sure you've got the right fuse, also.
