my fuel system problems part 2.

mods:

87tii
e6k haltech
680s and 1680s
masterpower t-70
walbro 255 high pressure
bosch fpr set to 40psi base.
all new fuel lines from the fuel filter forward.
running wastegate boost of 8psi. no controller.

all A/F numbers are from my plx m-300 wideband

the problem:

My car was tuned to mid 11s under boost... and has been for about a month. Then one night i got on it and as soon as i hit 3or4psi the car went very lean and fell on its face. it went lean and stayed lean seemed to get leaner the higher the rpms got. needless to say i let off and freaked out.
17:1 under boost.... but only after the staging point thats set to 3or4psi

here is part one if you car to read it.
https://www.rx7club.com/2nd-generation-specific-1986-1992-17/walbro-got-loud-f-getting-lean-bad-pump-472025/

part one cliff notes.

my walbro got loud as can be. took about a week to get CRAZY loud.
I changed my fuel filter and it went away.. but still didnt fix my going lean problem.
So i replaced the fuel pump. Still going lean under boost.

so to fix this i did some things:

a few days ago i:
went into the map and upped the fuel 20% after the staging point. seemed to have no effect.. so weird.

yesterday i:
I have replaced the pump and filter, checked for fuel leaks.

today i:
Tested the secondarys and they spray clean and even. about 2k miles on them.
I tested the secondary injector clips and they show 12v.
I didnt know how to test the ground side... so i checked for nicks and breaks in the wire.... didnt find any so i redid the connections.

didnt fix it
drove the car and seemed ok with a mid thrttle pull in 1st, still scared to get on it too much. thought it was fixed. yay.... but...
on my way home from the shop eased into it and still saw and felt it go lean so i let off. same deal... a flash of 17:1a/f and i let off

so here is where i stand now.

car goes lean under boost on a map that was tuned to 11.4:1 a/f the day before.
i have done everything i know to do....

where do i go from here?

could something change and the map be off now? dont see how... but im open to options.

Check fuel pressure?
FPR might've died.

base pressure is good. but im not sure if its raising under boost or not. the gauge is under the hood.... just a little bit better than nothing.

im gonna put in my buddys aeromotive frp tomarrow. geez i hope thats it.

its the only thing left...

i just went out and did some test runs.

i raised the fuel map 10% after the staging point and it didnt change the a/f that i could notice.

it has to be that fpr. man this sucks... the good ones are like $120
