is my Fuel pump resistor that far off?

My readings:
A-B = .3
C-D = 77.0
E-F = .9

Is this that far off that I should be replacing my fuel pump resistor?
(Car cranks but doesnt start[Kinda tries though{Think its a fuel issue}])

imo its close enough. if you wanted to eliminate it as a possibility, just make a jumper so the fuel pump sees full voltage all the time

Ive been hearing about this jumper but I dont see the check connector everyone mentions. I have an 87 TII and most people say its on the passenger fender near the boost sensor but I see a 4/6 pin connector and thats it.
