Nice man,
That is a carbon copy of my first car, especially if it has no power steering. Brings me back man...
I can tell by looking at that shifter that you need new shifter bushings....
Have fun man.

Nope, no power steering......hehe.
IS it an advantage or having no PS or is it a disadvantage since its harder to turn?
How much, and how hard are shifter bushings to replace?

The only disadvantage to no powersteering is that it is a tad more difficult to turn at low speeds. I have found that rx7's manual racks are very easy to turn at low speeds though. Cars without power steering typically feel more responsive at speed too. The shifter bushings are a breeze to replace and it makes the car much more enjoyable to drive. Just check www.teamfc3s.org. I am sure they have a write up on it. While your at it, change all of the fluids. Your going to need a pump of some sort to put the tranny fluid in. ummmm also replace your brake and clutch fluid, and dont forget to start the car and let it run for a while once every couple days. Use castrol gtx 20w50.

Kick *** man!
A 14 year old who can't even get a learners permit, already has good taste in cars, and got a nice one with HIS OWN money! Rather than sitting there waiting for mommy and daddy to buy him a new civic or integra. We need more kinds like this on the forum instead of SFB's and stuff.
You rock man!
