My Feed front lip replica review.

Well I received my front lip today and I wanted to share my impressions of it.

It arrived in one peice unbroken which is good but I was concerned when the box arrived. It was packaged in a little bit too big of a box. The box was pretty beaten up. It could have been packed a little better but it wasnt broken and thats all I really care about.

The fitment is a little more of a concern. The peice fits nicely left to right but does not line up with the bottom of the fenders very well as seen in the pics.

Overall im not impressed but im not unhappy. The fitment prolbems I beleive I can take care of and wont be a prolbem. There were alot harder challenges I faced with this car and im not going to stop in this one. I think its going to look pretty sweet once its painted.

I think it looks good. As for the small gaps on left and right side, when you paint it to match, I think it may help make it disapear a lil.

You know, I kind of thought that, with the S5 Parking Lights. Than I noticed the Black Trim and thought...hmm

Sent you a PM, but just looking at the pics again, it looks like your bumper is angled down a little bit. I think that's why that gap is there. Is there anymore play in the bumper mounts?

Hey Looks very nice on your especially with the aggresive FMIC. I noticed you have a S5 bumper on a S4. Maybe because of that the lip has a gap in between. But that can be easily fixed when you prep the lip.

S4 and S5 bumpers are the exact same size. By no means should it angle up unless it was installed wierd or the lip is messed. Any decent body shop could mount that no problem.

i think he means they mount the same. i don't think they are the same size mold wise though

but if you're saying they're the same...how come the corksport/border nose fits an S5 front perfectly...but requires custom work to fit an S4...

Ya he must mean mount-wise because I know that they aren't the same actual size.

they are functional. The hole goes straight through. All you'd have to do is run some drier hose or similar to where ever you want the air to go.
