s4 88 gxl turbo swap, thought i had a blown turbo. replaced turbo, seeing no boost and smokes so bad that people were fin turning there lights on so they could see though the clouds. i have good compression and no vaccume leaks. any one have any idea what it could be? i dont think i could havce gotten another bad turbo. i also recently took of the rats nest and did nothign with the electronics, i couldnt really find anything that said how that would affect the car. and i was also thinking possibly a bad oil metering pump? like its stuck open or soemthing. i dunno. help?

there is a nipple at the bottom of the oil fill tube and a nipple right by that on the intermediate housing. one of those needs to be vented to the atmosphere or it will smoke like a ****. i bet you either have them looped into eachother or both blocked off.
