My FC Lags into Idle

I noticed that whilst approaching a stop on an uphill, once I come to a stop my car temporarily dies for maybe a second, then sputters back to life. Idles at what Im used to as normal, but I rev it, and notice as it descends, it stops at around 1k rpms for a bit and then drops down to normal. That "bit" is about a split second but enough for it to be noticeable. What could be the reason that happens? Im a bit concerned thanx.

Disconnect your BAC and adjust your idle up to normal (once warm obviously), also clean the BAC as well if this doesn't work.
