It's a brown/white (if I remember correctly) wire on the body harness that leads from the airbox area to the radiator. On the end is a black barrel connector.

Is it the same color for an 88.. What can I do if the wire was cut and there's no barrel connector. I found a brown wire with blue stripes cut could that be it. Thanx for the reply I just need some further help I want to fix this problem. Thanx

I don't think it's brown/blue. The wiring diagrams can be found in the Factory Service Manual linked to in the FAQ. I'm pretty sure it's brown/white but check to be sure. If it's cut, you will need to solder on a new length of wire and then crimp a barrel connector to the end.

Pure Brown wire to the sensor in the radiator. Brown/White from the cluster to the warning light cluster.

I wrote that wrong. Pure brown at the sensor in the radiator.

Brown/White from the instrument cluster to the Warning Light assy.
