My car wont start!!!...grrrr

Hey guys. This week has not been a good week for me and my 87TII. Last week i was driving home from my friend's house when suddenly the car died while i was driving in the street. I was like WTF!.. so i pulled over to see what happened. I noticed that i blew one of the 3 fuse in the Haltech. So i put a good one in and when i try to start it blew the same fuse. I had to replace the fuse 3 times. So i checked for wirings. I called my friend to help me out. He gave me a jump and the car started.
Now tonight the car would not start. It cranks but would not start. Fuel is there and spark is there. I pulled the plugs and it seems like its flooding. I also noticed some oil on the trailing plugs but i think its due to running PREMIX. What else should i check... IF i cant get this car to start i will be parting it out...

I want to get an RX3 or RX2.
