i have a 1986 mazda rx-7 and i just go my engine rebuild, know it does not turn on and everytime we take the spark plugs out they are drenged in gasoline >>what can be the cause of this misshap?

The motor is flooded. You are gonna have to do the ATF trick OR try the complex unflooding procedure.
Do a search on ATF trick, or unflooding. You should get hours of reading. Its a VERY common problem with 2nd gens.
