Angry My car still won't start ,ongoing problem

I've recently had all kinds of problems with my car, but i'm pretty sure this one is seperate from the turbo/wastegate/overheating problems i've had. Since I got the car, it has always been difficult to start, especially when it's hot. unflooding procedure doesn't seem to help this problem. To start it i have to give it a little bit of gas at just the right time when its turning over. sometimes it wont start unless i pump the gas pedal like crazy. changing engines did nothing for this problem, and the dealership was unable to figure it out. (i never should have accepted the car back) for about 3 weeks before my turbo went bad, whenever i would start it while it was cold it seemed like only one rotor was working but if i gave it a little gas to keep it from stalling, it would start to run normally after 5-10 seconds. then it would start as described above unless i let it sit for 6-8 hours then it again would seem like only one rotor is firing. the time it took to get running eventually increased to 15-20 seconds, until finally it wouldn't start running right and i didn't want to leave it on like that. also, the spark plugs got extremely fouled with black carbon crud after 2 weeks of limited driving after i replaced them (thinking that was the problem.) I am getting spark and i'm 99% positive i have compression. i did detonate twice, but with apex seals with 5k miles on them and i drove it 200 miles after the first time and about 15 after the second (I didn't realize the sound was detonation until later). so what can this be? am i just running extremely rich? but wouldn't that affect both rotors? maybe is it a problem with the omp? if anyone is still reading after this far, i could really use the help.

Get new plugs...If there not 100% you will have problems starting ....Its running rich because the plugs are fouled and probably aren't burning off the fuel...

If the OMP is bad or stuck wide open that would through a code 26 or 27 on 89-91's and if stuck open will really smoke bad (been there) ......So get new plugs and time your car for starters.....If you have a check light and don't have a manual you can read the blink codes and then I'll tell you what sensor is malfunctioning......

EX: OMP code 27 You'll see the light flash two times for the 2 and then it will flash seven more times for the seven.....I worked for OTC scan tools for 3 years Been on every car....

Let me know Brad

I'll get new plugs and try that, the problem did get better when i put them it but I only drove the car for 2 weeks or so with the new plugs and they're already fouled.
