My car is dieing!

OK recently i was having some power issues with my S5 Vert. The check engine light was on so i took it and had it serviced. $600 later i had a new 02 sensor, adjusted TPS, Coolant Thermo Sensor(s), Plugs and Wires and things were fine. Now my car is deciding to go crazy once again. The car starts and idles fine. When it is cold i can drive it around and it's fine. But, when the car reaches normal operating temp, it's like i loose everything. If i rev the car over 4k or give it more than a quarter throttle it will bog down and acts like it's missing and i get no where. Anyone have any ideas as to what could be plaquing my vert?!?

Mods:
K&N Intake
RB Header w/ 2.5 piping

if you have a c at and no airpump you've probably melted your cat and cloged up your exhaust. Could also be that your secondary injectors are not kicking in

Pulled apart the exhaust this weekened. I have good flow thru my cat and didnt notice any disfiguration. It only has about 4k on it. Still kinda puzzled as to what the prob may be. Anyone know any guys in raleigh, nc who could help me out or take a peak at the car for a reasonable price??

Another thing i've noticed about the car after warmup is that the intake sounds like it's rattling when under load. Anyone know why this would be or what that problem might be?

If its rattling, then maybe you should go under there and make sure that all bolts are tight.
