i need a little help here, my blower fan wont work, I just replaced my logicon, and logicon switch, so i know theyre both good. Im only getting 9.5v to the fan... thats at full blast too, its not even thinking of turning on, I can put a power wire onto a wire in the logicon wiring harness and make it work, but thats it,
I recently removed my dash and have one harness that is making me question if i got everything together right.,

big connector directly behind the glovebox, is it connected to anything on a gxl?

 

Blower resistor probably blown (its on the blower assembly).
