Are my aux ports stocked?
I had to push hard on the rear actuator and had to push with a screwdriver on the one under the air pump to open my aux ports. But I think it should be really easy to open.
Should I clean my actuators?

Are they connected to the little black rod still? If so thats part of the resistance. I took mine out and cleaned it all up, so now they turn really easy. 
Be careful not to break the little rods though.
