well not yet, but i have found one for a good deal i think...?.. 1400 90 gxl..? with 5 speed and 110K. i am an avid 1st gen owner, but besides the motor i know very little about the 2G cars. i called the guy and he said it wasnt for sale anymore cause the throwout bearing was making noise and then said well maybe and something about 800 $. car is clean inside and out. i was wondering if there is anything i should check out or pay attention to. The S5 is sick, right? all i would need is a TII motor, tranny and rear end and i would have pretty much a TII mius the anti-lock brakes and wheels. ?? IS THIS CAR WORTH $800 ?? . and would it be a good project, TII parts available?

 

the 1400 is the ad price of $1400 that caught my eye. my bad.

 

If you're going to do a full TII swap, it would end up easier and cheaper time and moneywise if you just bought a TII..
