is my 02 bad?

is there a way to tell if your 02 is bad?car runs like crap if i try to run my rpms high it makes a spuddering sound and it seems like my boost is gone the noise is kinda similar to like if you had a clogged cat...but my cats are shot and i just put on new mufflers a month ago,new plugs, and fuel filter. any ideas or suggestions?

If you arent sure if your o2 sensor is bad just replace it. Go to kragen/pepboys or whatever and buy either a borgwarner or bosch replacement. They only cost $20-30.

About the intank filter it is pretty easy to get to if the screws arent rusted onto the lid.
