Mounting S5 TII Skirts to an S4

So I'm in the process of fixing and painting a set of TII skirts. I'm wondering what's the best way to mount them. I planned to drill holes in the fender and use self tapping screws for the two holes and probable some 3M tape wither the moulding piece goes. But there are holes on the bottom (that cover the rocker panel) and I don't know if they line up with anything on the bottom of the frame.

Any help and suggestions are appreciated.

panel bonding adhesive or structural urethane, but along the bottom I was not taking chances and drill holes and used clips

i used 3m trim tape 4yrs ago and they're still on there, if you wanted it to look pro use, trim adhesive and masking tape to hold them i place while the glue dries. the 3m tape makes them stick out a little bit.

Awesome, thanks for all the suggestions. I think I'm going with the 3m tape.
