I had a very short length of pipe welded on my IC pipe and then had it threaded. Also threaded the flange for my BOV. This way anytime I feel like changing BOVs I can just unscrew the flange and tap the new flange for the BOV. Easy as pie. Just need to weld once and that's it.

Just take your IC pipe and BOV to a machine shop and explain to them what you need to do. Tell them to make a flange for the BOV so you can take it off if you need to.
