my friend had someone rear end him about a week back and the insurence company sold his car to a junk yard near by, the engine(s4 N/A) in the car had a rebuild about a year ago and also had a R/B header and the ACV blocked off with the 5th and 6th ports wired up with chicken wire(for idle reasons..i guess)so knowing what it was i waited for the junk yard to pull the motor so i could go down there and get it-$300 why not.but i found out they cut the header with a torch right before the collecter-so my question is can i bolt the stock N/A manifold on it leaving the ACV blocked off and not running the air pump? or just buy new header? the car its going into is an s4 with the stock pre cats and cat with 3inch cat back. sorry for the long post.

 

just get new headers.
