motor is stuck

Hey, It has been really cold here the last few days and I have not cranked the car up. When I went to start it up it just turn really high like the rotors are not spinning at all. Should I just try to let it warm up in the sun or what could it be? It had anti freeze in it. I guess there could be some water in there from when I had to add some but I just do not see it freezing up. What else could it be? oh it set up with the rear end sitting really high too. I was changing the diff fluid. Well I have to go but any feedback would be nice.

when you changed the diff fluid did you move it from one side of the driveway to the other and then shut it off? maybe leaving it running for only a minute? could just be flooded...
