more problems

So yesterday i went to start my car up (it was off for only about 2 hours) when i went to crank it the car made a really weird noise like if something big fell. then i cranked it again and it started up but the car felt as if only one rotor is working. the car is driveable but it is VEEEEEEEEEERYYYYYYYYYYYY slow like it takes me a good 1/4 mile to get to 40 MPH and the car sounds like crap. any ideas? its a 86 fc3s.
