More mystery plugs...

I was removing my busted rally looking fog lights this weekend, and found these mystery plugs hiding behind the bumper skin under some relays:

The photo is looking back toward the front of the bumper from the engine compartment. The cad plated bracket at the bottom of the photo holds three relays, and was bolted via the two bolts at the top of the photo to the front of the bumper just under and in front of the stock intake.

There was nothing nearby that might have plugged into them. There's nothing nearby that might want any sort of power. What is nearby is a collection of relays... There are a lot of options that aren't on my car, and I know they liked to simplify manufacturing by using the same harness across the board, but I'd like to know for sure that I'm not missing something mission critical here.

Just guessing, I'd say fog lamp relay and aux. fan relay but why guess at all?
Get the wire colors and check the schematic.
