More electrical stuff

Ok, so I decide to check out a few things I go outside and the car starts up just fine and the AWS comes in and the battery is reading about 14 volts (normal for me) but after it shuts off the warning lights come up and my battery voltage is going past 16 stepping on the brakes makes the brake lights come and and takes down the voltage some and turning on headlights also bring it back down to about normal but pressing on the gas makes it go back up again Im assuming its cause the belts start moving faster and make the alternator work faster, but using anything electrical makes the voltage go down a but gassing it makes it come right back up, Im rebuilding the alternator tomorrow because I think its the voltage regulator but could it just be a faulty ground?

Firstly, use full stops. It make reading your posts much easier.

If you're seeing 16V that's definitely a faulty voltage regulator. Don't drive the car with the alternator like that or you'll start frying expensive components like ECU's.

BTW, was that voltage measured with the stock voltmeter? If so double-check the reading with a proper DMM on the battery first, just in case.
