MOP Question???

tried searching about this but found nothing, is there any way to bypass the e-mop(eltronic metering oil pump) mines bad and i run a premix anyways but the car is in limp mode and won't run. there's got to be a fix of some sort out there. Anybody know of where i could find it or what it is i need help bad. Wanting to get the GTUs out again before winter!!!

The short answer is no. The stock S5 ECU must have a functioning OMP connected to it or it'll go into limp mode. There've been theads before asking about a way to trick the ECU but nothing has ever come of it due to the complexity of the circuit that would be required. You need to find a working OMP or go standalone.

Henrik is working on this he said he will put one out soon after 2.0Rtek latter this year. So you can wait for this or use a stand-alone EMS. Other members have blocked it off and just tied the OMP unit off somewhere so the ECU still thinks it is there.
