Put in a 255, FPR.

Stock RX-7 injectors are 460cc for the NA's.

Ignition is up to debate, I can't get RETed's site up, so you'll ahve to search.

Safc? You'll want a full standalone with a bridgeport.

and as far as the injectors go i belive yours would already be close to like 40 - 44 lbs injectors so going to a 19 or 24 from a mustang would really just make your motor blow up

Piston injectors are very small compared to those used on the rotary. You're probably running lean with those ports. Run the car with a wideband to make sure (which you should be doing anyway). If lean, then upgrade the secondaries to 550CC or 680CC and retest. You will need something to control them like the S-AFC mentioned above however as also mentioned the fuel and timing requirements of a bridgeport really do require a standalone...

You got the pump, so install it.
I think the stang injectors are smaller than what you have now.
You can always get some 550's for the secondaries.

There is no "best" standalone. But for your application I would recommend the Haltech. It has plenty of resolution for both ignition and fuel tables, and has a lot of support.
