Modified Computer chips

I have seen many new or modified computer chips that go in your car that are suppose to increase hp. has anybody done this and does it actually work?

from what i have heard they only increase like 5 hp, at the most and a little fule conservation. but this is only what ive heard. my step mom has one on her bmw and you really cant notice it.

diablo motorsports will change your computer for you
no chip which is even better
and it really really works, 2 of my friends have done it and it really works
you tell them if you want a rev limiter.... if you want faster acceleration.... higher top end...... or what exactly you are looking for and you tell them exactly what are your mods and your in business for around 300 bucks

and yes they do rotaries
but you gotta ask for it at a shop and its mech work to your ECU
