mod tii fuel pump more than 12v?

I remember reading somewheres that someone with a celica modded there fuel pump to have a constant voltage of 13.5. Just wondering if the stock pump would handle 13.5 or anything above 12. TIA

I read somewhere that if you run double grounds from you battery/engine/chasis you can beef up your electric system. Is this true? Oh and where would you put the double grounds? Sorry if in the wrong place but this made me think of it

Have you done this and does it really help enough to notice? Thanks alot. Only thing is I don't want a spider web of wires everywhere.
