what formula do you use to convert this, I'm sure I could figure it out, but someone should already have it.

1 mmhg = 1 torr
760 torr = 1 atm
14.7 psi = 1 atm

so 760 / 14.7 mmhg = 1 psi

ends up around 50.701

1 psi is 51.71493 mmgh

umm, 400/50 is 8... not 27

but I wouldn't trust the stock gauge to much.

figure that out after a bit

That what i was coming up with later on, thanks for the info. You guys always have good info. So that means with a stock TII, I should be at least 2/3 the way up the stock guage, if it were working properly? I should be getting my aftermarket boost guage in the mail soon, I was just wondering about it now.

My stock gauge reads max. 45, which is 0,45bar. TII has max. 0,35bar stock, so your gauge should never go above the 3/4 of the gauge (above 0 of course). If you start modifying your engine, then with DP, catback and TID/intake, you could probably see even above the 0,45bar (close to 0,5bar), but then you should get yourself an FCD or something similar to control overboost...
