Mixing 13B parts

I am looking into rebuilding my s4 na soon, because of its fog machine property, and I am considering putting s5 rotors, front counterweight, aftermarket rear counterweight, lightweight flywheel, and stronger cluch. Can I do this on a stalk ECU? Also how will this effect emissions?

As long as the counterweights match the rotor generation, you should be good to go. AFAIK using the stock ECU shouldn't be a problem, but I've never used this setup...
