Question miss at constant speed...

Does anyone else driving an NA, have a regular ignition miss while driving at a constant speed, maybe 3k-4.5k rpm? I can hear/feel it slightly as single pops about 1.5secs apart on a real regular rythm. Anybody have any clue as to what I should look at? What would cause it? I've just had the intake completely apart and put back together(6ports and VDI working fine now) I've done the intake port matching, and I have a straight pipe instead of cats. I also have an MSD on the leading coil pack as well. Everything else seems to be just fine, timing, idle speed, new plugs, new plug wires, etc. etc. I have no idea what it is or why it is. Just bugs me a little that I can't identify the problem. TIA for any info!
