Mismatched parts?

This might be a stupid question but here it goes.

I was poking around under the hood of my S4 and noticed i have a n327 pressure sensor and a n326 MAF. I am unsure of other parts.

Now is it normal for them to be different?

If not are they compatible?

Those are both S4 NA part numbers, so it doesn't matter. As a general rule, parts that start with the same 2 digits are interchangeable (N32x: S4 NA, N33x: S4 Turbo, N35x: S5 NA, N37x: S5 Turbo).
