Misfire Issue (87 GXL)

Allright I finally got my car running, the no spark issue I had after the engine transplant was caused by my carelessness putting the Upper Intake manifold on. I forgot to hook up probably the single most important wire in the whole car, the damn ECU ground. I feel like a idiot, but whatever you live and you learn. Anyways the car now runs it starts right up and starts idle at about 2k then drops down to around 700rpm when it warms up, but the whole time its running you can feel a little shake once and a while and the exhuast will pop. Feels like a miss, and if you give it gas it gets really bad, it starts to sound like its loading up and getting too much fuel, If I keep my foot on the gas it will eventaully pop pretty loud from the exhaust and run real good from a second then it will act like its loading up around 3700rpm to 4k and it will pop again and have good power. Also if you are really carful with the throttle it won't do it very badly, but you can still feel that its missing a little. I was told by a reputiable source that it could be a injector stuck open cuasing the issue. He said he had a similar problem at one time and that it was cuased by pinching the tip of one of the primary injectors causing it to stay stuck open, which ended up completly flooding his car, but he has a High HP turbo car with much larger injectors. So maybe this problem wouldn't completly flood out a N/A car. Anyones opinions or advice are much appreciated. Sorry for another long winded post.
