Misaligned Sunroof 86 RX-7 2+2
I'm having a problem with my sunroof on my 86...It seems to be Misaligned as when I open it the left side comes up and then starts to move back, but the right side does not move...my question...is there anyway to correct this problem without having to pull the headliner down and do I have to remove the entire unit to get it back on its tracks?
Thank you all in advance for your help.

if you push it and it doesnt budge, chances are the plastic thingy that holds on to the tracks is broke. if you cant see it when the left side lifts, you're gonna have to remove the whole assembly to check it out. i had the same problems when mines was broken.

Yes thats exactly what its doing, the left side moves like normal but the right side is stuck in the closed position, even if I push up on it it does not budge. Thank you both for the tips and it looks like I have a job to do...I was hoping I would not have to pull the headliner, but I guess that was wishful thinking. Thank you again for your comments and suggestions...I will let you know if I get it fixed.
