Mine and my mates FCs.

Took a couple snaps of our FCs today. I only just bought mine a week ago, and my mate got his about 6 months ago.

The white one is his. It's a S5 (Aus delivered) and has a rebuilt motor, extend ported and a few other good bits. Microtech LTX8, 3 inch exhuast, BOV etc. Sits on King springs, and 17x7(F) and 18x7.5(R). These are street wheels, he'll use the stock 16s with slicks for circuit work. It only has 80k kms (about 50k miles).

Mine is the blue one (obviously). It's a Japanese import, and is mostly stock. Only mods are 3 inch exhaust, air filter, lowered (not sure what components yet), and the 18x8.5" wheels front and back. It only has 57K miles, and has the orginal Japanese purchase receipt and service papers (all in Japanese of course).

Both of us are into circuit days (non-competition), and both cars will recieve Japanese inspired mods to aid in lap times, while maintaning their streetable qualities. It'll be a compromise, in order to make sure they're still comfortable to drive.

Anyway, here's a few pics.

Very Very Nice!
Both look great, but I've always had a thing for white ones.

Good work.

Wow, thanks for the nice comments guys.

The blue is Saphire Blue Metallic (5A). It also has a 'Savanna RX-7' badge which I didn't get a shot of. Looks pretty good.

The white car has to be seen to be believed. It's by far the cleanest FC I've ever seen, that isn't a show car restore or something. It's absolutely immaculate, with the exception of one tear on the drivers seat. That is the only imperfection on the car, without a magnifying glass to spot more!

Interior shot of the blue one:

I don't have any of the white one, and both engine bays are very stock looking.

Thanks again.

They are a replica of the Volk GT-7. Available through an Australian wheel shop.
