Mind Train header question

Well I am getting a header for my 7, and was all set on the racing beat, but then I remebered about the mind train one from rotary Perfromace online. I was looking through their site, and found that there is a "street legal" header, and a non street leagal one. I assumed that the racing beat one did not have a hole tapped for the 02 sensor, so I was gonna have to do that myself since I am keeping it emissions legal. Anyway, my question is what is the difference between the street legal and non street legal one from mindtrain?? If its just the O2 sensor hole im not gonna pay the extra $100+ dollors when I can tap that myslef. Just wanted to know if there was any other differences that I should be concerned with. Heres the link:

Thanks!

I've got a Mind Train race header. It's longer and does have an O2 sensor hole. The street header is shorter so you can put a catalytic converter behind it. By the way I really like the header/street adapter setup. The sound is great. Deeper than the RB units I've heard. No buzziness.
