Mileage to Gallon and Exhaust

well i remember reading bout gas and miles on here and no im not asking what miles u get....my question is if i put a high flow cat on there would i get better gas mileage right now i get bout 15miles to gallon city i have a n/a with t2 injectors from what im told no gas leak..i have full exhaust front end is 2.5 and rear is 2 1/4 i have str8 pipe with a resonator and 2cans on the rear....any suggestions....i prefer my exhaust custom so i was gona put a high flow cat on and take the res off if i can get better gas mileage....the tone i have on my car is good and i dont want to lose it...so its either resonator and cans....or cat and cans....both will make me lose too much hp and i already lost a lil bit from the res...not much but i can feel it....but it help with back pressure....thx for the help

I think you could prolly improve your power and gas mileage by getting rid of those TII injectors. Just me? Get some N/A injectors and get an SAFC2 to lean out the mixture in the midrange.

Putting a cat in would not help your gas mileage at all. Do you know how one works?

You do not need those TII injectors. Trust me. The N/A fuel system is supposed to support up to 250hp. You don't need more fuel going into the combustion chambers.

Yeah, get rid of those TII injectors and put what came with the car back in there.

Your NA should get at least 25mpg on the highway and 20 in the city. Did you put the oxygen sensor back in the exhaust after you had all that work done on the exhaust?

You need to read up on how all these things affect each other.
Like everyone says, the turbo fuel injectors are HURTING your fuel economy.
