Might buy this
What do you think about me buying this, think the engine is shot or is it a fairly easy fix? Been a couple years since I owned a seven.

Hell yeah, try to lower the price to like 500 or 700, engine being flooded is very easy to fix.. it just requires TWO fuses to be disconnected and a few engine cranks...
