It should be an NPN Darlington rated at something over 16 volts.

Just so you remember next time, there is a specific list of checks to be done for each error code. They're all listed in the FSM Fuel Chapter under troubleshooting, although in this case you would've been refereed to the Lubrication chapter. In every single case one of the first things to check is the continuity of the wiring. If you ever get ECU error codes, all these checks should be done before posting. You could've saved yourself a bunch of time...
